So... It would appear that my Vector Style Stalk brush set [link] has been used commercially without my permission.. All over Spain on Telepizzas boxes.. a very large pizza takeaway chain.
This was very kindly pointed out to me by ~aditza121 [link] He also took this photo of the box. Thus far Telepizza havent responded to my email requesting that they purchase the correct commercial license. If they dont reply, I invite you all to join in with the naming and shaming. I will also be taking furthur action against them.

Art and design theft happens too often to far too many people, and very often right here on deviant art. I know I'm not the only one, and this is not the first time this has happened to me either. But this one has astounded me by the shear scale of the use!

I will keep you all posted on what happens. This can be a nice example of art theft made public if they don't respond!

I don't think it's the Pizza place, it looks like it's the Video Store ad.
There's a Telepizza near my house (in Canada, not Europe though..) with the same kind of general box layout and design, but I've never seen that vectoring on it.

I'm terribly sorry this had to happen to. And the nerve of them to not even ask! How awful! I'll do what I can to name-bash them (all the way from California, too!), as they do not to deserve to have this on their box.

I bet you Mr. Boss Man told the art director "Hey, I need a good design, and quick! The publisher will be here in an hour and I need a good design NOW!". They were probably so desperate they went on here and 'googled' some awesome image, and decided on yours. Bastards. ><

the design for the pizza box sucks too lol
it is good enough that they did it in house rofl
thats just my opinion
the box turns off my appetite for pizza lol
not even the most vile things can do that
hope things get sorted out for this!

The box probably was designed by a separate company. It's unlikely that the pizza company would make their own boxes. I reckon you'll need to find out who they got their boxes from.
