Bit of a different feel for me. The girl image is by Lilly-Stock [link] , the scratch brushes i cant remember (but thank you), and same with the fill texture.
I traced the girl in illustrator and did the rest in photoshop.

Glad you like it. I would have used my boy in the pic (he's 8), but he would never sit in such a pretty pose!
